Performance mangement includes performance plan, process managment, implementation appraisal, inquiry statistics and so on functions. It main help the enterprises to achieve the process management for staff goals and achievement appraisal. The goal in performance plan can be imported automatically to creat a exam item. After the staff accepts the exam filling in the the job achievement, he should finish the performance appraisal according to the existence work process and save the appraisal result into performance management database.

Performance improvement is the goal of performance management. After achievement appraisal, the department manager can negotiate with his underlings for the dissatisfactory performance to get an agreement and fill in a performance improvement plan.
◆ Statistical Inquiry
Staff exam score can be inquired according to the usres demands. And they can inqure the number of passing the exam, fail the exam or some relative informations.
