Training and development subsystem includes training demands, training plan, training implementation, resource management, training appraisal and so on functions. It makes a further systematization for training management by setting enterprise training plans as well as connects with post system to achieve the pertinency and efficiency of training. According to the ruselt of training, the subsystem can assess the trainer, docent and organizor and record the data.

◆ Training Demands
The staff, department manager from all levels can fill in the training reqirement appplication in this module. The subsystem can gather the training reqirement and create a statistics automatically. The staffs can choose the training courses in annual training brief according to their own professional career.

◆ Training Plan
According to the gathered training reqirement, the module will plan and set the training content, place, time, measure, budget and the trainees in certain period. It also includes the prompt function for training plan time out.

◆ Training Implementation
The module is responsible for registering the trainees, recording training content, apportioning training fare, implementation training exam and whether getting the certification or not.

◆ Resources Management
The resource management focuses on the management of trainging orgnization, teachers, subjects and teaching materials as well as the management of training implementation and training equipment.

◆ Statistics and Appraisal
The module has to conclude the training effeiciency appraisal from investigating and analysing each training process to improve the training plan. The training appraisal is divided into two parts. The one is the appraisal from teachers for students; the other is the appraisal from student for teachers, training courses, training time arrangments. All training informations can be inquired in this module and be crossed with each other according the conditions.
